Why would anyone want that mess in their front yard?
Surprisingly, some people in our community have had to be warned, "Don't feed the Geese!"lyndagracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13530605081989558341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1078324787471983933.post-28131645795790445572016-04-10T09:38:21.424-04:002016-04-10T09:38:21.424-04:00When I first started reading about the fountain is...When I first started reading about the fountain issues, I wondered if you lived in my old neighborhood near Charlotte. Same thing happened there also. It was always something with the fountains.

That's funny about the geese. My husband had occasion to use the coyote decoy at work a few years ago. We drove to the facility one Saturday and our dog was with us in the car. She went absolutely berserk in the back seat when she saw the decoy. So I thought they worked pretty well, but apparently your geese are immune. One more goose story - one of our friends here at the lake took to feeding the geese that wandered into her yard. OMG doesn't everyone know you don't feed the geese??? They love her, obviously. I think they had to convert most of their grass to pine straw because it was such a headache cleaning up after them.LissaJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11584807385075888865noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1078324787471983933.post-38418169654901191282016-04-09T16:13:51.707-04:002016-04-09T16:13:51.707-04:00Yes, those birds are not only smart but also very ...Yes, those birds are not only smart but also very patient. lyndagracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13530605081989558341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1078324787471983933.post-61067425707378011042016-04-08T21:47:40.662-04:002016-04-08T21:47:40.662-04:00I'm no goose expert so I have no idea how effe...I'm no goose expert so I have no idea how effective The Goosinator would be in the long term, but in the short term it's got a pretty high entertainment value from the looks of it. ;)Masked Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08197019009052401812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1078324787471983933.post-20912970504986085522016-04-08T12:07:03.148-04:002016-04-08T12:07:03.148-04:00I wonder if the Community managers would be open t...I wonder if the Community managers would be open to the Goosinator.lyndagracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13530605081989558341noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1078324787471983933.post-30148671556727881152016-04-08T11:35:11.043-04:002016-04-08T11:35:11.043-04:00Sounds like an ideal place except for the geese. Its like the statue of owls people put on their roofs here to keep the pigeons away. I wonder if they put something on the grass like a net that was uncomfortable to the geese if they would get the hint to stay away. I'm thinking geese season is a few months long that they are there?

bettybettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06323135450742337670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1078324787471983933.post-53482812526501134062016-04-08T00:17:05.149-04:002016-04-08T00:17:05.149-04:00Geese can be vicious, too.
